At InkyStamps, we’re committed to delivering your orders securely, promptly, and transparently. This shipping policy outlines everything you need to know about our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and support options.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States only, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
- Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed.
- Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT-5). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery time is calculated from the time your order is shipped, not when it’s placed.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

- Carrier service issues
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you for correction and reshipment.
