Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange your item within 60 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be new, unused, and unopened in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, inserts, and parts must be included.
  • You must contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or report any issue.
  • Returns are only accepted for orders placed through our official store at inkystamps.com.

Accepted Return Reasons

We happily accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Defective or damaged items upon arrival
  • Incorrect items received
  • Order discrepancies (missing, duplicate, or wrong items)

For qualifying returns, we will reimburse 100% of the product cost and shipping charges.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@inkystamps.com or via our Contact Page with:
    • Your Order Number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • A brief description or photo of the issue (if applicable)
  2. We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.
  • You will receive the refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund timelines:
  • Return shipping transit time: 5–10 business days
    • Processing time: 3–5 business days
    • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days
    • Estimated total: Up to 4 weeks (often faster)

Non-Returnable or Ineligible Items

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or not in resalable condition
  • Products exposed to:
    • Moisture, chemicals, oils, solvents, or extreme heat
    • Damage from misuse or overuse beyond intended service life
    • Scratches, cracks, or wear and tear caused by improper handling

All items returned must be in undamaged, original condition.
